Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlockCraft web application available at https://block-crafts.com (the "Service"), operated by Bloccraft Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BlockCraft is a web tool that lets you connect your TikTok account, prepare short-form videos with captions and settings, preview them, and publish them to your TikTok account. The Service uses TikTok for Developers products, including Login Kit and the Content Posting API.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

  • You must have a valid TikTok account and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3. TikTok Integration

  • By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize us to access the information and perform the actions described in our Privacy Policy, limited to the permissions you grant.

  • Content is published to TikTok only when you explicitly click "Post" after reviewing the preview and selecting the privacy level and interaction settings.

  • Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Music Usage Confirmation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

  • You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time.

4. Your Content

  • You retain all rights to the videos, captions and other content you upload ("Your Content").

  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to TikTok).

  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to Your Content, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law or TikTok policy.

  • You are responsible for properly disclosing branded or commercial content as required by TikTok and applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Post content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines;

  • Use the Service to send spam, automate inauthentic engagement, or post on behalf of accounts you do not control;

  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or TikTok systems;

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will notify you in advance and you will not be charged without your consent.

7. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service, users, or third parties. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will be published successfully, as publishing depends on TikTok's systems and policies. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or followers. Our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or JPY 10,000 if you paid nothing). This limitation does not apply in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where prohibited by the Consumer Contract Act of Japan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
